We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working with healthcare data standards and APIs, particularly HL7 FHIR. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our clinical chatbot product, ensuring it meets the needs of doctors and integrates effectively with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including doctors, engineers, and business leaders, to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all functional aspects of the product, including integration with Google FHIR API and other relevant systems.
• Conduct regular product reviews and gather feedback from users to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the chatbot's NLP capabilities accurately derive intent and entities from input text to fetch relevant information from the FHIR store.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare technology and NLP to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the product's value.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and protocols, particularly HL7 FHIR.
• Experience with APIs, especially Google FHIR API.
• Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in AI-driven applications and products.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in healthcare.
• Prior experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar.
