Apartment Maintenance Technician – Wilmington, NC 28412

Pay: $20–$21/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Start Date: June 5, 2026 | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Wilmington, NC (28412) . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and is ready to support a busy maintenance team.

Responsibilities

Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting
Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Provide friendly, professional service to residents

Requirements

Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
