Litigation Paralegal

Responsibilities Review, organize and maintain legal documents. Conduct research, perform document analysis and identify relevant issues. Prepare initial drafts of pleadings, memorandum, contracts, and other documents. Maintain case calendars and task lists. Interface with clients and respond to client inquiries. Electronically file documents in state and federal courts. Coordinate document production and depositions, including preparation of witness binders. Assist with trial preparation and provide support at trial. Qualifications A positive attitude and excellent work ethic. Some college education. A paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 3-5 years of litigation experience. Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe applications. Ability to prioritize and balance several projects simultaneously with limited supervision. Ability to navigate various electronic databases and document repositories. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attendance record. Benefits 401(k). Paid time off.
