Fleet Technology Team Leadership Role
Join our Fleet Technology team overseeing testing activities and integration solutions for new trainsets' technology components. This role entails leadership in QA planning, test case authoring, and collaborative oversight of technology integration. Occasional travel to sites for validation and process enhancement is expected.
Requirements:
- 10+ years leading QA planning and development.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills in a collaborative setting.
- Proficiency in test plan and test case creation and review.
- Experience in field technology preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, MS Teams & SharePoint, and HP Quality Center.
- Ability and willingness to occasionally travel to sites for refining test cases and processes during train testing.
