Responsibilities:Lead and manage buy-side and sell-side business analytics and performance transformation engagementsDevelop relationships with clients and engage in effective interactions with target and sell-side company executivesPerform quality of data and revenue and profitability analysis at the transaction level across customers, products, and servicesIdentify and evaluate matters that potentially impact enterprise value and the purchase or sales price, including financial and operational trends of target companiesCommunicate our findings effectively, both verbal and written, through Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools such as Power BIOwn or participate in every component of a client deliverable, from identifying client needs to producing the final presentation and reportsQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in strategy consulting, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, advisory or public accountingMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a quantitative field such as statistics, data science, mathematics, finance or economics preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree is requiredSuperior analytical skills using financial modeling, research, and accounting analysis; proficiency with financial research tools; experience with scripting languages such as Python, R or SQL; data visualization tools such Power BI or Tableau; and data preparation tools such as Databricks and AlteryxExperience presenting findings by weaving data into a compelling narrative to drive business insights and outcomesStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to business people potentially including C-level executives; able to explain business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues to technical resourcesExperience in project management, including planning, organizing, coordinating and managing staff, clients and/or partners towards the successful completion of a projectWillingness and ability to travelMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
