Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients to determine mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders. Prescribe and manage medications for psychiatric conditions within scope of practice. Provide counseling and support to patients and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and best practices.
