Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a friendly experience.
Food & Beverage Prep: Make coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and baked goods to brand standards.
Cash Handling: Operate the register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep the store tidy, sanitize workstations, and restock supplies.
Teamwork: Support fellow crew members and communicate effectively during busy shifts.
Skills & Qualifications
No formal education required; high school diploma or GED is a plus.
Prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not necessary.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
