Fundraising Manager

About Christamore House Christamore House provides the very best child and youth educational services, senior programming and life skills training to the residents of Haughville and the Near-Westside of Indianapolis. Our work depends on strategic fundraising and strong donor relationships to create lasting impact in the community. What You’ll Do As our Fundraising Manager , you will lead all aspects of development and donor engagement. You’ll design and execute fundraising strategies, and build relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about making a difference. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement annual fundraising plans Cultivate and solicit donors and sponsors Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns Maintain donor database and ensure accurate reporting What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in fundraising or development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with donor management systems (preferred) Passion for non‑profit work and ethical fundraising Why Join Us?
