What You'll Do as an Electric Pallet Jack Operator:

• Safely operate a Crown Center Rider Lift to pick and move product throughout the facility.
• Use an LRT gun to locate, scan, and accurately pick product.
• Support the Hardware Kit reset project and meet established productivity expectations.
• Quickly learn product locations, picking processes, and facility procedures.
• Follow all work instructions and operational requirements.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Strictly follow all site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Complete all required site-specific equipment and safety training.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational problems immediately.
• Perform other related warehouse duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous Center Rider Lift experience is preferred.
• Previous warehouse, order picking, or material handling experience required.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners, LRT guns, or similar warehouse scanning technology preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking product.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to meet the demands of a time-sensitive project.
• Strong commitment to following all safety policies and procedures.
