Senior HR Generalist: Manufacturing & Union Relations

Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage key HR functions at the plant level, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management, ensuring Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) compliance where applicable. This role acts as an extension of the HR Manager, tackling complex employee relations issues and workforce planning. You will partner with HR leadership on workforce planning, training, payroll accuracy, and HRIS excellence while fostering #J-18808-Ljbffr
