Position Overview:

In this advanced technical role within the allied imaging field, you will work alongside a diverse team to deliver exceptional imaging services. These services encompass ultrasound, CT scans, PET scans, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine. The main objective of the Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with RVT designation is to offer diagnostic patient care through ultrasound and related techniques, executing routine, vascular, interventional, and non-invasive procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Ultrasound Program
  • In addition to the necessary entry-level certifications, the sonographer must exhibit clinical proficiency in performing abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, or vascular procedures
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • RDMS - Abdomen or OB/GYN or ARRT (S)
  • RVT (ARDMS), VS (ARRT), or RVS/RCVT (CCI)
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
