Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with gait and balance training, functional mobility, transfer techniques, and therapeutic exercises to improve strength, safety, and independence. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
