What You'll Be Doing: As a Line Cook at Saratoga Hot Springs Resort, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensuring food is presented beautifully and served in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Assisting with inventory management and food storage.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- All employees are subject to a background check and hiring is based on the result of the report.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
