The Licensed Social Worker plays a vital role within a multi-disciplinary team, providing direct client services across all age groups. This position emphasizes client-centered care through assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention, with occasional travel for client visits. The role balances hands-on support and administrative documentation to ensure effective case management and support planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Develop and implement personalized support plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in social work
- Master's in Social Work (MSW)
- Skilled in client advocacy and case management
- Proficient in crisis intervention techniques
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Experience with documentation and maintaining confidentiality
- Capable of conflict resolution
