If you have a passion for senior care, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing clinical teams, we'd love to meet you.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who wants to lead clinical operations while making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents, families, and team members.BenefitsStarting salary of $85,000+ annually, depending on experience$500 Sign-On BonusMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time OffFlexible schedulingEmployee referral programHotel discountsOpportunities for professional growth and leadership developmentWhat You'll DoAs the Wellness Director, you will oversee all clinical operations within our assisted living community, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while maintaining compliance with state regulations and company standards.Responsibilities include:Lead, mentor, and develop a clinical team of approximately 30-40 caregivers and nursing staffOversee daily nursing operations and resident wellness servicesEnsure high-quality resident care through assessments, care planning, and clinical oversightCoordinate physician appointments and communicate with healthcare providersMonitor medication management and ensure accurate administrationRespond to resident health concerns, emergencies, and incident follow-upPartner with residents' families to provide exceptional communication and supportMaintain compliance with all state licensing requirements and company policiesParticipate in the on-call rotation to support the community as neededFoster a positive, collaborative culture focused on resident-centered careQualificationsRequired:Active Utah Registered Nurse (RN) licensePrevious leadership or management experience supervising clinical staffStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing teamCompassionate, resident-focused approach to carePreferred:Experience as a Wellness Director, Director of Nursing (DON), Health Services Director, or similar leadership roleExperience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior livingKnowledge of state regulations governing assisted living communitiesWhy Legacy Village of Sugar House?Legacy Village of Sugar House is a premier assisted living community dedicated to helping seniors live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
