Client Services Representative

Front Desk Job DescriptionSwimLabs is looking for a Front Desk staff member who will report to the Assistant General Manager/Manager on Duty. The role involves serving clients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; helping keep appointments running on-time; maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; and maintaining facility appearance and cleanliness.Essential duties and responsibilities include welcoming visitors and clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining safe and clean reception area and lobby, including restrooms; maintaining client accounts by recording accurate and up-to-date information, taking client payment when necessary; assisting clients with retail merchandise; maintaining supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; preparing and tracking donations to non-profit organizations; scheduling, promoting and participating in special events; complying with employment expectations; making appropriate adjustments when requested by management; and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties include performing other duties as assigned. Position qualifications and requirements include a happy and professional disposition; exceptional customer service focus; strong communication skills including telephone, verbal and written communication, and listening; outstanding multi-tasking abilities; dependable and flexible schedule; CPR & First Aid Certified; bilingual English/Spanish; and experience with scheduling.Front Desk staff are required to wear SwimLabs® uniforms. Hours are 6-25 hours per week.
