Call Center Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team in Perryville, Missouri. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple programs at once.

Location: Perryville, MO

Pay Range: $16.25 per hour during training going to $17.25 an hour after training. Also get paid double time on holidays Time 6 month of on site training in Perryville-hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm after training hours will be 8am-7pm 4 days a week Mon-Sat.

• Resolve service complaints using effective problem-solving techniques.
• Support customers with internet banking inquiries and assist with account maintenance.

• High school diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong reasoning skills to handle various customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in using telephone and computer systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
