We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our evening shift at our Utica, NY location, no weekends!

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing routine medical procedures
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to established infection control protocols
• Document patient information, progress, and any concerns in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of New York
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling
