We are hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be able to learn directly from a successful agency owner, serve your local community, and grow your income through base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized insurance solutions through consultative selling
- Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service
- Follow up on warm leads and generate new business through outreach
- Assist customers with quotes, policy questions, and coverage options
- Learn agency operations and support business development strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures
Requirements
- A strong interest in building a career in insurance and sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to grow through ongoing training
- Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- No prior insurance experience necessary
