$19.00–$20.00 per hour

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Temporary Opportunity | No Weekends

Easy commute from Westbrook, Clinton, Old Saybrook, Essex, Deep River, Chester, Madison, Killingworth, East Lyme, Niantic, and surrounding shoreline communities with convenient access to Route 9 and I-95.

Looking for a medical office position with a predictable weekday schedule and no weekends? Our client is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join their patient care team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy office environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

After training, additional Monday and Friday hours may be available for those interested in expanding their schedule.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and check them in and out
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Assist patients with insurance questions and billing information
• Help keep the front office running smoothly while providing excellent customer service
