Superintendent - 12 week contract $40 - $65 per hour | Richmond, VA | On-Site | Consulting Exciting EV Charging Station Project! 6-12 Week Project with Potential for Extending! We are a Construction Manager with over 15 years of exceptional service to our clients. We focus primary in the Life Science construction market with a strong backlog over the next 5 years. As an employee centered firm, we value work/life balance. We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, and be organized. The candidate must also possess a deep knowledge of electrical systems as this project will be an EV charging station. Why join us? Competitive Hourly Pay Bonus potential 401k Full Healthcare 75% Employer Paid Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success Develop and implement quality control measures Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred Deep knowledge of Electrical or Sitework trades Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals Understanding of safety protocols and regulations Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
