Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview Responsible for managing store operations and staff to ensure efficient processes including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Leading recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Evaluates business trends through operating statements and manages inventory levels to meet sales and profitability targets. Maintains a safe, clean, and organized store environment while ensuring proper staffing and opening/closing procedures. Ensures financial integrity through cash handling and security protocols. Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support team development and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret manuals, safety rules, and procedures Mathematical skills for calculations and cash handling Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail practices Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience with recruiting, hiring, counseling, and legal compliance Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingual skills may be preferred for some locations Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Management experience in retail preferred Physical & Work Environment Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds Use of equipment such as scanners, pricing guns, and carts Occasional outdoor exposure and ladder use Fast-paced environment with moderate noise level #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
