Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in .NET application development and software architecture.
• Proficiency in designing bi-directional REST and JSON API interfaces for nationwide integrations.
• Experience with complex state government motor vehicle or judicial information systems.
• Experience in managing and integrating with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Experience in developing technical requirements, functional specifications, and comprehensive test plans.
• Experience with large-scale data clearing houses and cross-platform technical data exchanges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using the .NET framework for government operations.
• Architect bi-directional REST and JSON interfaces to support nationwide data synchronization.
• Design and implement complex software solutions for statewide judicial and motor vehicle systems.
• Manage database integrations and data mapping across Oracle and MS SQL Server environments.
• Translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications and large-scale test plans.
• Execute rigorous testing and validation for high-performance nation-wide data clearing house platforms.
• Collaborate on multi-platform system integrations to ensure seamless data exchange across agencies.
