3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Almac Group is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor for our Souderton, PA location. The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise the Machine Technician and Production Technician staff in the day-to-day duties within Primary packaging rooms (exposed product) and Secondary Packaging rooms (no exposed product). Assist/support Production Supervisors, Validation Technicians and all the Design/Engineering staff. Hours on this role are 11pm-7am Responsibilities Responsible for the allocation of work priorities and resources to Machine Technicians and Production Technicians to ensure scheduled target dates are consistently achieved Assist/support Production Supervisors to achieve Production requirements, Validation activities to ensure Equipment is fully functional to GMP standards, and the Design/Engineering staff to ensure tooling functionality. Must have the ability to troubleshoot most aspects of the packaging equipment and be able to liaise with the vendor technicians to communicate issues beyond knowledge Perform and/or oversee preventive maintenance as per Almac Clinical Services SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules (PEMAC). Ensuring all relevant equipment details are correctly entered into batch documentation by Machine Technicians and Production Technicians.
