Lead Full Stack .NET Developer

Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong React expertise.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience modernizing legacy systems into cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with Azure, relational and NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in healthcare, including relevant compliance and security considerations.
- Familiarity with FHIR and HL7 healthcare integration standards.
- Experience leading greenfield UI or platform initiatives.
- Strong background in Agile delivery, mentoring engineers, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead development of scalable, modular enterprise applications for patient scheduling, onboarding, and clinical workflows.
- Help modernize legacy systems into .NET Core 6/7 microservices to improve maintainability, performance, and extensibility.
- Implement and support rule-driven, event-based microservices for complex scheduling and real-time workflows.
- Establish and uphold standards for code quality, performance, security, and scalability across teams.
- Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end applications with React.
- Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core and integrate them with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate external EHR systems using standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Help build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to automate testing, containerization, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data protection regulations, including secure authentication and role-based access controls.
- Improve application performance through caching, database indexing, and query optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing, and promote secure development practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, business analysts, clinical teams, and senior leadership to turn business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead greenfield initiatives and deliver projects on schedule through planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Mentor engineers, encourage knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture within Agile/Scrum teams.
