In Person Customer Care Representative Full-Time | $25.00 an hour Overview United Fleet Management is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Customer Care Representative to join our growing team in our Pflugerville office. This position provides direct support to the National Sales Managerand plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for new and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proactive—able to balance administrative tasks with customer-facing communication to help drive sales success. Key Responsibilities Support the National Sales Managerin daily sales operations and account management. Assist new and prospective customers by explaining UFM’s vehicle lease program. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain detailed and accurate records in our software for all customer interactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Assist with ad hoc reportingand data organization for the sales department. Uphold UFM’s standards for professionalism, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn. Enjoys speaking with potential customers and sharing information about our program. Why Join UFM?
