Baystate Health is seeking new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the MedSurg/Telemetry team and Nurse Residency Program at Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield Massachusetts .

Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs including telemetry and intermediate care. As a Nurse Resident you will build a broad clinical skill set while receiving structured education hands-on experience and support as you transition from nursing student to professional RN.

As a MedSurg/Telemetry Nurse Resident You Will:

• Care for patients with medical surgical telemetry and intermediate-care needs .
• Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition including cardiac rhythms.
• Develop your skills in individualized nursing care medications treatments and interventions.
• Utilize advanced telemonitoring technology with access to specialists and resources throughout Baystate Health.
• Work alongside a strong clinical support team including leadership educators and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification. BLS may be obtained after offer as applicable.
