Live-In Caregiver

$16 - $18 per hour

Senior Helpers

In this role, you'll provide dedicated, one-on-one care and companionship that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a live-in caregiver, you'll build strong relationships while offering consistent support with daily living activities and personal care.

Qualification:

Proven experience in home care, senior care, or related healthcare field
Ability to commit to live-in schedule (multi-day shifts as assigned)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks
Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
With a negative Tuberculosis Test

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed
Offer companionship and meaningful engagement
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Provide medication reminders (per care plan and state guidelines)
Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required
Maintain accurate daily care documentation
Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
