Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of electrical assembly experience required. Strong wiring and mechanical skills preferred. Experience with wire harnesses and soldering is a plus. Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.

Job Duties: Assemble electrical components according to technical drawings and specifications. Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers. Install, align, fit, and secure components to exact requirements. Dismantle, adjust, and reassemble equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner. Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
