Construction Project Manager

We Search People are working with a well-established and respected Site Development Contractor in the Chantilly, VA area. They are looking for a Project Manager with experience in site development, roadway, and heavy civil construction. This role is ideal for a driven PM looking to grow with a stable company delivering complex infrastructure and sitework projects. Responsibilities Manage site development and road construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal field teams Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines Requirements 3–5 years of Project Management experience in horizontal construction Strong background in site development, utilities, and road construction Solid understanding of construction sequencing, cost tracking, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience working with local municipalities and agencies preferred If you are a Project Manager with site development and roadway experience looking for a confidential opportunity in Northern Virginia, apply below. #J-18808-Ljbffr We Search People
