The position will be responsible for Housing Choice Voucher and Low Income Housing Tax Credit re-certifications. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years-experience with either Section 8 or Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties. Section 8 or LIHTC certifications are preferred.
