Required Qualifications

MUST HAVE EPIC experience. Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy Degree. Pharm D REQUIRED Current Colorado Pharmacy license in good standing. Demonstrated leadership in both pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy services Strong regulatory knowledge, clinical judgment, communication, and teaching skills BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Flu Vaccine REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS ACCEPTED - required Oct 1st through April 1. SCHEDULE: Day Shift working 40-hours per week. Must be willing to fill in on evenings/overnights/weekends if staffing needs arise.
