Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Family Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Experience or interest in family practice, primary care, chronic disease management, or integrative medicine.
• Strong commitment to patient education and building long-term patient relationships.
• Compassionate, collaborative, and patient-focused approach to care.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $120,000 $135,000/Year + Bonuses
• Performance bonuses
