Requirements: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required for trimming and inspection work. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections of manufactured parts. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift as part of daily job duties. Comfortable working around molding press equipment and production machinery. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production goals.

Job Duties: Operate molding press equipment to support daily manufacturing operations. Unload molded parts from molding presses and prepare them for inspection and finishing. Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards. Trim excess material (flashing) from molded parts using hand tools, including an OLFA knife. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures. Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality and safety expectations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervision. Support team production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
