Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Interview Type: Video
Required Skills: Must have experience with guest communication - looking for someone who is extremely detail oriented, and that has experience with communications sent to guests such as emails, texts, notifications, etc.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing and QA responsibilities, including end-to-end testing
Experience managing integrations, both internal and external facing – general API knowledge
Experience with mapping both business processes, user workflows and workflow designs
Preferred tool experience: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, TestRail
