A stable, well-established Cincinnati CPA firm is hiring a Senior Tax Specialist, hybrid with 1-2 remote days a week.What You'll Do:- Prepare and review 1120, 1120S, 1065, individual, trust, estate and gift returns- Lead tax planning and research and explain complex issues in plain English- Review financial statements prepared by the accounting team- Mentor tax preparers and specialists- Support year-end planning for medical practice clientsWhat You Bring:- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field- 3-5+ years of tax experience- CPA or equivalent experience- Strong command of IRS procedures and tax softwareWhy Join:- Hybrid schedule (1-2 days remote)- Long-term client relationships and minimal travel- Leadership voice in shaping the department- Collaborative, professional teamInterested?
