Pay Rate: $2,000 to $2,240 per week


Contract: 13 weeks


Schedule: Night Shift


Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week


Experience: Experience preferred; Hematology and Blood Bank experience required


About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Scientist for a 13-week night-shift contract opportunity in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This role supports hospital laboratory operations and requires strong generalist lab skills, high-complexity testing qualifications, quality control knowledge, and experience in hematology and blood bank.


Responsibilities
• Collect and process patient specimens for laboratory testing
• Perform lab testing in hematology, urinalysis, chemistry, blood bank, or microbiology
• Analyze test results for accuracy before releasing results to patient charts
• Report and document critical results, quality control, and proficiency testing activities
• Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and support training of new staff or students


Requirements
• MLT/MLS Generalist Certification Or Specialty Certification Required
• Hematology And Blood Bank Experience Required
• Must qualify to perform high-complexity testing under CLIA standards
• Education verification required
• EPIC experience preferred; must be available for night shift and holiday coverage
