Account Coordinator

who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping projects moving from start to finish. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the person that keeps everything connected, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to support active construction projects by: Coordinating project information and documentation Communicating with customers, contractors, and internal teams Preparing estimates, change orders, and purchase orders Tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records Assisting with billing-related documentation Helping ensure customers receive outstanding service throughout their project This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships. What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence working with numbers and project details Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Why Custom Concrete?
