Transforming Supply Chain applications through AI, the full-time AI-First Engineer will leverage deep Oracle SCM expertise to enhance software development practices across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) while working remotely. Key responsibilities Drive AI-powered development and modernization initiatives for Oracle SCM Cloud and Oracle EBS applications Apply AI technologies to improve productivity, code quality, testing efficiency, and operational support Demonstrate measurable business outcomes achieved through AI adoption, including reduced development cycle times and faster issue resolution Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications Proven track record of applying AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with AI-assisted requirements and solution design, code generation, and testing strategies Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI frameworks, and AI-assisted developer workflows Ability to quantify measurable business outcomes from AI implementation
