Responsibilities

• Develop effective prospecting skills and consistently identify opportunities to grow your customer base.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build relationships and move opportunities forward.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate quotes and coverage recommendations.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
• Develop expertise in insurance products, coverages, and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow your business.
• Maintain required continuing education and stay current on insurance knowledge and industry practices.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys building relationships and working with people.
