We are seeking dependable, team-oriented hospitality professionals who thrive in an energetic fast-casual food hall environment and are driven to deliver our brand of Legendary Hospitality.

What will you do?

You will be a pivotal player in our team’s ability to deliver our promise of Legendary Hospitality to each guest at our walk-up counter inside the food hall. You will assist guests with order pickup, navigate order queues efficiently, maintain our service area, and execute a fast-casual style of service that is energetic, polite, detailed, and authentically personable. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations and enhance the overall guest experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver our promise of Legendary Hospitality at the walk-up service counter

• Warmly greet guests, assist with counter ordering or digital order pickup, and answer questions about the menu

• Package and hand of/hand deliver food and beverage orders efficiently with high accuracy

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service counter, condiment stations, and pickup area

• Clear counter space, manage packaging supplies, and assist in maintaining clean guest seating areas nearby in the food hall

• Maintain appropriate stock levels for all supplies necessary to accomplish successful service

• Attend daily staff meetings to review daily specials, changes on the menu, service specifications

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations; follow all relevant health department regulations

Requirements 

• Team player with proven hospitality experience in a high-volume, fast-casual, counter-service, or food hall setting

• High-level listening and communication skills supported by strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while standing/moving for several hours at a time

  • Patience and cool-headedness
