As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol in Nampa, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service while embodying Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Pay Rate: $18.74 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and facility concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports of patrols, incidents, and security-related observations.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming, orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
