Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate This role is a key part of Sam’s Club’s fresh food team, helping keep shelves stocked and customers satisfied. The Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker ensures product quality, safety, and a welcoming in‑store experience. Base pay range $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr Responsibilities Maintain safety standards by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations. Stock and present products in the freezer/cooler/deli area, including zoning, receiving, packing, and organizing displays. Verify expiration dates, monitor temperature controls, and dispose of lower‑quality products to keep inventory fresh. Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, helping with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues promptly. Sanitize and clean the freezer/cooler/deli area, including windows, mirrors, display cases, and equipment, following company guidelines. Complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation as directed by management. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Will successfully complete all required training and assessments within a specified timeframe. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge or experience in stocking, refrigerated products, or customer service. Strong problem‑solving and adaptability skills.
