The program is designed to provide comprehensive training, consistent miles, dependable pay, and a schedule that supports work-life balance. You will gain valuable experience while operating modern equipment and receiving the guidance needed to build a successful long-term trucking career from Dayton, Ohio.

What We Offer

• Earn $1,600–$2,000 per week
• Paid training, including $850 per week while you learn
• Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week
• Regional routes based out of Dayton, Ohio
• Home time every week or every other week, depending on your route
• No prior driving experience required
• Mostly drop-and-hook dry van freight

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must meet all applicable U.S. Department of Transportation and company hiring requirements
