This role is essential to ensuring efficient management of client portfolios and exceptional service to our advisors and clients. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in portfolio management processes, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Responsibilities Trading Support : Assist with daily account management tasks, including monitoring client accounts, processing transactions, and executing rebalancing requests. Client Service : Provide responsive support for portfolio inquiries, working closely with advisors to answer client questions and resolve issues promptly. Data Accuracy and Compliance : Maintain accurate portfolio data within our CRM and portfolio management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and review reports for clients and advisors, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Workflow Coordination : Collaborate with advisors, custodians, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and timely communication with clients. Confidentiality and Professionalism : Handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Qualifications Experience : 1-2 years of professional work experience (or internship) in the financial services industry preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in portfolio management software and CRM systems; strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in managing financial data. Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Education : A bachelor’s degree in finance or business or a related field is preferred. Certifications : Series 65 or similar FINRA license preferred. Additional Requirements : Must pass a basic credit and background check; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
