Join TrueNorth Operations LLC as a delivery driver and earn $23.00 per hour delivering packages throughout Central Ohio in a company-provided cargo van. You’ll have independence on the road, with dispatch and fleet teams available when you need support. No previous delivery experience or CDL is required; we provide paid training.

Our goal is to help successful candidates get on the road and start earning within ten days of their interview. Timing depends on completing required onboarding steps and available training dates. We’ll guide you through the process.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• Starting pay: $23.00 per hour
• Shifts begin at 11:00 a.m. scheduled to last up to 10 hours
• Set schedule: 4 workdays and 3 days off each week, for a consistent 40-hour workweek
• At least one workday each week will be Saturday or Sunday
• Open availability is preferred
• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

You’ll report to DCM5 in Etna, participate in a daily stand-up meeting, conduct a safety inspection of your assigned vehicle, load and organize your van, and complete an assigned delivery route. During your shift, you’ll have the opportunity to take two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break. You’ll use a handheld device to navigate, deliver packages, communicate with dispatch, and provide professional customer service.

This is an active, physical job. Routes can involve 200 or more packages; frequent walking, standing, squatting, bending, and twisting; and getting in and out of the van more than 200 times in a day. You’ll work outdoors in varying weather conditions and may need to lift and carry packages weighing up to 60 pounds.

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. No CDL required.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to the DCM5 station in Etna, Ohio.
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day each week, Saturday or Sunday. Open availability is preferred.
• Must be able to complete a full assigned route and shift of up to 10 hours. Partial shifts are not available.
• Must be able to lift and carry packages weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, bend, and twist frequently and get in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be comfortable using a smartphone and delivery apps.
• Must have strong customer service skills and communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates.

No previous delivery experience is required. Paid training is provided.
