About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President to join its US advisory platform. The successful candidate will be part of a specialist advisory firm with an entrepreneurial, credit-focused model, supporting a range of clients in restructuring, special situations, and complex credit-driven transactions. This role offers the opportunity to lead and originate transactions, as well as execute on complex credit-focused mandates. The ideal candidate should have 8-20+ years' of relevant experience, with a preference for a credit-focused background in areas such as restructuring advisory, distressed debt, special situations investing, ABL, RBL, structured credit, or litigation finance. Strong independent transaction origination and execution skills are essential, as is experience in working on creditor-side mandates. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should possess an excellent ability to communicate, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to own client relationships and drive revenue. The role is suited to individuals with a background in investment banking, restructuring, credit investing, or special situations, and who have a proven track record of success in these areas.
