At NASCAR, you will work alongside passionate people creating experiences fans feel and helping shape the future of sports and entertainment.NASCAR is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Production Development to:Help shape the growth and commercial success of NASCAR Productions and the NASCAR Production Facility (NPF).Lead business development initiatives that expand NASCAR's production services to clients across sports, entertainment, media, and corporate industries.Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, premium production offerings, and increased utilization of NASCAR's production assets.Create long-term relationships with clients by delivering innovative production solutions and exceptional service.Advance NASCAR's position as a premier provider of live event production, studio operations, post-production, and creative content services.…based in Concord, North Carolina.What You'll DoDevelop and execute business development strategies that achieve annual revenue targets for NASCAR Productions.Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with sports properties, broadcasters, leagues, agencies, brands, production companies, and corporate clients.Lead the commercialization of the NASCAR Production Facility (NPF), including studio space, production infrastructure, control rooms, and remote production capabilities.Sell NASCAR Productions' creative services, including post-production editing, commercial production, branded content, promotional spots, studio programming, and custom content solutions.Develop proposals, production scopes, budgets, pricing structures, and service agreements for prospective clients.Partner with Finance and Legal teams to negotiate contracts that support profitable engagements and long-term partnerships.Create and maintain sales presentations, case studies, pricing materials, and other business development resources.Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and expand service offerings.Position NASCAR Productions as a leading provider of live production and creative services within the sports and entertainment industry.What You'll BringBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in business development, sales, media production, sports, entertainment, or a related field.Demonstrated success generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.Experience selling production services, creative solutions, media assets, facilities, or related capabilities.Strong proposal development, budgeting, pricing, and contract negotiation skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.Ability to analyze market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.Ability to travel up to 25%, including weekends, as business needs require.Why This Role?This is an opportunity to help drive the next phase of growth for NASCAR by expanding the reach and commercial impact of NASCAR Productions and the NASCAR Production Facility.
