Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and formulate personalized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functionality
• Work closely with a team of nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to maximize patient outcomes
• Guide patients and caregivers in understanding therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home exercise regimens
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure collaborative and cohesive patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological or geriatric) are beneficial, but not required

Skills

• Previous clinical experience is strongly preferred
