Join Mr. Rooter of Cook County as a Plumbing Company Field Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional plumbing services. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality plumbing services are delivered.
- Manage and mentor field technicians to enhance performance and customer service.
- Coordinate scheduling and dispatching of service calls efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain inventory and manage equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Proven experience in plumbing management or a similar leadership role.
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
